POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Technology team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Sr Product Manager for Data. This person will serve as the Digital Technology point of contact for teams requesting new data capabilities and aligning the data team with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy and vision for data, leading development teams, managing projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product management, data tools including Snowflake, Tableau, and semantic data modeling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy and vision for the data platform at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
- Lead tech teams in the execution of projects and the management of services, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Identify and leverage opportunities for digital transformation and innovation within business processes
- Oversee tech projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
- Partner with service management process owners to provide service excellence, including incident, problem, and change management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates
- Drive the integration and optimization of the company data platform to blend, model, and aggregate data necessary to drive business outcomes throughout the stakeholder lines of business.
- Drive the integration and optimization of Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer profiles, enable targeted marketing efforts, and model the customer/trip journey.
- Serve as the primary Digital Tech liaison for business partners, aligning data platform strategy with their strategic objectives
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Business
- Minimum (five) 5 years working as a Product Manager delivering software products and solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and align tech strategies with business objectives
- Strong technical skills required, along with understanding of SDLC
- Proven leadership abilities to guide teams to successful outcomes
- Ability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and adapt to changing strategies and trends
- Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to define and manage product roadmaps, write user stories, and lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Product management experience with data platforms including data warehouses, medallion architectures, and data accessibility
- Demonstrated experience with: Snowflake, customer data (CDP), Tableau, Confluence, Jira
- Experience working with data products at a complex multi-faceted organization preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
