POSITION OVERVIEW

The Revenue Management Coordinator will be focused on assisting the Revenue Management team with all administrative duties. Looking for the right person who is detail oriented, able to prioritize and coordinate the needs of the department, while providing the highest quality of service to external and internal guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Ensure all emailed requests are handled efficiently and escalated to the appropriate member of leadership if needed
  • Make reservations with accuracy and all necessary details to ensure a seamless stay
  • Develop and configure offers and packages within revenue management platforms, ensuring accuracy, thorough testing, and full compliance with established standards
  • Promptly and accurately inputting all executive reservation request
  • Manage the department email inbox ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner
  • Update offers through all channels of business, including on brand.com website, to reflect business levels and demand
  • Assist in building out packages and promotions within property lodging management systems
  • Aid with rate plan and package maintenance, rate uploads, and troubleshoot any rate/room availability issues
  • Execute reporting responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy, enabling stakeholders to act on reliable insights
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices in revenue management systems
  • Continuous research and studies of market to understand growth opportunities and weaknesses, in efforts to maximize profitability
  • Maintain an effective and productive working relationship with all departments
  • Constantly serve as a role model and leader for all Members
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 (two) years of hospitality/leisure experience, preferably in the gaming-hospitality industry
  • Ability to produce high quality work products, with consistency, accuracy and completeness
  • Experience with other Hotel and Administration systems including but not limited to Revenue Management systems, Infor HMS, SHR Windsurfer, Duetto, IBS etc., preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced understanding of best profit producing practices and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings from quantitative data to a general audience
  • Experience with strategy creation and execution with several different operating departments in a property
  • Ability to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

SALARY

$25 per hour - $27 per hour
