POSITION OVERVIEW
The PAD Manager will coordinate efforts of a large team to uphold the polished presentation of Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Ensure all standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the public areas are of the highest degree of cleanliness and quality care at all times
- Manage the cleanliness of public areas, including specific public restrooms
- Perform routine inspections and fill out sweep logs daily
- Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage Members to ensure they have adequate guidance and resources to achieve objectives
- Maintain department objectives, Company and department standards, and regulatory compliance guidelines
- Recommend new and innovative equipment, supplies, and processes to ensure safety, service, and financial objectives are achieved
- Responsible for effective management of inventory control
- Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of department initiatives
- Perform routine hotel inspections to ensure consistent adherence to departmental cleanliness and quality standards
- Utilize a variety of communication channels to effectively facilitate the flow of information throughout the department
- Provide exceptional service to guests and Team Members that differentiates us from the competition
- Contribute to the overall quality of the public area department by developing, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures to meet requirements
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of PAD methods and procedures; assesses and monitor the distribution of work, support systems, and internal reporting relationships; identify opportunities for improvement; direct the implementation of change
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Operations, Business, Hospitality, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years’ prior experience in EVS or PAD for a large-scale resort and casino while in a leadership position
- Ability to prepare, understand, present, and analyze business strategies with advanced proficiency in budgeting, profit & loss (P&L), and business planning is required
- Established ability to develop teams by guiding, mentoring, motivating, coaching, providing feedback, and holding Members accountable at all levels
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- Proven managerial problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the organization through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high-quality service levels
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to organize effectively delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will supervise positions including but not limited to PAD Attendants and Utility Porters.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

SALARY
$55000 per year - $62000 per year
