POSITION OVERVIEW

The Executive Director of International Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across international markets. This role supports and implements key marketing functions, market-specific promotions and events, and player development strategies. It also manages other key administrative aspects that support Casino Marketing as a whole. The Executive Director ensures alignment with business goals while adapting to diverse cultural, regulatory, and consumer landscapes to drive gaming revenue growth.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Design, implement, and manage premium player marketing programs across international markets to drive market share and profitability, ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming regulations in each jurisdiction
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, fostering loyalty and enhancing the guest experience
  • Oversee the Independent Agent program through managing relationships with independent agents, monitoring gaming activity of casino guests, validating commission payments, adhering to regulatory requirements, and ensuring high quality customer service for casino players once on site
  • Develop and introduce culturally tailored loyalty initiatives for casino guests, aligning with regional preferences and behaviors
  • Manage aviation programs and partnerships, working in conjunction with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure guest accessibility within guidelines
  • Conduct market research and leverage marketing analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns across diverse markets
  • Champion the company’s culture values and global brand standards, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market nuances to maintain a culture of excellence
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between domestic and international marketing and operations teams, promoting alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor casino marketing trends and emerging markets, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, with the flexibility to take on additional responsibilities or adjust duties as required in a dynamic international environment
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Ten (10) years’ experience in casino marketing with comparable responsibility and experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing or business management and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Experience with CMS/LMS systems preferred
  • Strong experience involving player development and player loyalty programs required
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret players slot/table games play
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the organization through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams
  • Demonstrated track record of problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Effective organizational and operational experience and skills
  • Cross cultural experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Computer skills reflective of all gaming industry systems
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position oversees the Independent Agent team that provides administrative support to Casino Marketing, International Marketing, Domestic Casino Hosts, and Casino Services

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.


REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
