POSITION OVERVIEW

The Creative & Development Coordinator provides project, administrative, and operational support for the Creative & Development function, helping to facilitate the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multimedia content, creative campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives across the Fontainebleau Las Vegas ecosystem.

Reporting to the Producer, Creative & Development, this role serves as the organizational backbone of the development and production process, supporting project tracking, scheduling, stakeholder communication, creative asset management, production logistics, and workflow coordination. The Development Coordinator works closely with Creative, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Production, Multimedia, and operational teams to ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative content, storytelling, and production. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Support the Producer, Creative & Development in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multimedia content, creative campaigns, and development initiatives
  • Maintain project trackers, production calendars, task lists, timelines, and status reports across multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinate project intake, scheduling, and workflow management to ensure creative requests are properly documented, reviewed, and prioritized
  • Assist with managing development schedules, production timelines, approval processes, and content delivery deadlines
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure project momentum and accountability
  • Facilitate communication between Creative, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Multimedia, operational teams, agencies, vendors, freelancers, and production partners
  • Organize and maintain project files, production documentation, creative briefs, scripts, shot lists, presentations, and creative assets
  • Assist with research, competitive analysis, content inspiration, trend monitoring, and development-related planning activities
  • Support creative and production teams by gathering assets, coordinating reviews, routing approvals, and maintaining version control of creative materials
  • Coordinate production logistics including scheduling, vendor communication, location preparation, talent coordination, equipment requests, and project resource tracking
  • Support vendor onboarding activities, purchase requests, invoice processing, and production-related administrative functions in partnership with Procurement and Finance teams
  • Track project deliverables, production milestones, budgets, timelines, and status updates to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Prepare project reports, production updates, meeting materials, presentations, and stakeholder communications as needed
  • Assist with post-production workflows by coordinating review cycles, organizing feedback, tracking revisions, and supporting final asset delivery
  • Maintain visibility into all assigned projects and promptly escalate scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, risks, or operational challenges
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow efficiencies and assisting with documentation of best practices, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to maintaining high creative, operational, and organizational standards across all development and production initiatives
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for project coordination and day-to-day support across the Creative & Development team
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, content production, creative development, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Film, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting project workflows, schedules, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Familiarity with project management platforms and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar systems preferred
  • Understanding of creative development, content production, social media, marketing, or multimedia workflows preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
