POSITION OVERVIEW

The E-Commerce Product Manager owns the product roadmap for Fontainebleau Las Vegas. They’re responsible for the end-to-end strategy and implementation of new digital products, as well as the optimization and enhancement of existing products. In conjunction with the Director, E-Commerce & Marketing Analytics, the Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the digital product roadmap across websites, mobile apps, connected devices and kiosks. They will be at the forefront of our guests’ digital journeys; they’ll need to be both guest-focused and technically adept, and passionate about creating stellar digital experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Implement and manage a product roadmap for E-Commerce and digital Marketing technology, deriving insights from data to drive innovation across website, mobile apps, and loyalty programs
  • Proactively conceive and drive the creation of new features and functionalities with a “voice of the customer” mindset
  • Lead digital technology projects within an agile environment, effectively managing timelines, budgets and risks
  • Collaborate with the IT team and external partners to draft requirements documents, user journeys, wireframes and SOPs for product launches and enhancements/updates
  • Advocate for continuous product optimization and innovation, both internally and with external partners
  • Optimize the E-Commerce product funnel and technology stack, enhancing backend architecture to drive incremental revenue growth
  • Utilize robust analytics and data sets to measure product success and identify new opportunities for improvement
  • Help define, implement and manage the Fontainebleau Las Vegas digital marketing strategy
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar
  • Minimum of three (3) years of product management experience across multiple interfaces/platforms (websites, mobile apps, connected devices)
  • Experience in luxury hospitality preferred, but not required
  • Experience drafting comprehensive use cases, product requirement documents and customer journeys
  • Track record of developing products that generate positive end-user feedback and adoption
  • Expertise in “translating” product vision across various teams and stakeholders with the ability to ask key questions and distill complex issues into clear solutions
  • Demonstration of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision making
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES    

This position will initially be an individual contributor but will take the lead on multiple high-visibility, cross-functional projects.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY

$90000 per year - $110000 per year
