POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at the upscale nightclub within our luxury hotel. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall positive experience of our guests and staff. As a Club Security Personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment while upholding the hotel's standards of excellence and providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist them with inquiries, directions, and recommendations
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Continuously monitor the nightclub floor, VIP areas, dance floors, and other key zones using surveillance equipment
  • Maintain vigilant observation to promptly identify and address any suspicious or disruptive behavior
  • Monitor the entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a controlled environment.
  • Proactively identify and diffuse potential disturbances, conflicts, or inappropriate behavior among guests.
  • Respond promptly to any security incidents, emergencies, or medical situations, following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with other security team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of the venue
  • Manage the flow of guests to prevent overcrowding and maintain a comfortable and safe environment
  • Coordinate with bar and floor staff to manage queues and ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent guest service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & a high-volume environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and holidays.
  • Polished appearance.
  • Demonstrate experience and ability to work in a dynamic environment that includes frequent change.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
