As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually stunning and engaging design concepts across various mediums. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Art Director and Marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality visual solutions that effectively communicate our brand's message.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, layouts, and graphics that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create designs for various mediums, including digital platforms, print collateral, packaging, advertising materials, and more.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Director, and other Brand Marketing stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and refine designs to achieve the desired results.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, creative thinking, and attention to detail in all design projects.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design projects.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand's visual identity, helping to shape and communicate its essence effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative concepts.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Knowledge of digital design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design is a plus.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
