POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fontainebleau Rewards Coordinator role will assist in the daily operations for the Fontainebleau Rewards loyalty desk; including but not limited to, email and phone inquiries, inventory control, and training. This position will require exceptional organizational skills and be able to multitask accordingly.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

  • Answer incoming calls from Fontainebleau Rewards guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Monitor and maintain the Fontainebleau Rewards Inquiries inbox and address all inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Complete manual adjustments for Fontainebleau Rewards as needed for non-gaming spend such as food and beverage outlet, spa and hotel charges.   
  • Be the point of contact for Fontainebleau Rewards onboarding and training for internal members and supporting departments.   
  • Collaborate with other resort departments such as Casino VIP Services, food and beverage, and Spa and Salon to ensure all needs are met.  
  • Assist in monitoring department member scheduling.  
  • Assist in conducting audits for the Fontainebleau Rewards department.  
  • Assist in running reports from gaming system and organize material for Fontainebleau Rewards Leadership.  
  • Maintain department inventory such as rewards cards, brochures, Fontainebleau Rewards supplies.   
  • Ability to organize and coordinate many projects simultaneously. 
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the VIP guest experience is coordinated and seamless across touchpoints. 

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role, preferably within a casino or luxury resort setting. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Must have strong computer skills and multitask accordingly.  
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and poise under pressure. 
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. 
  • Must be able to work in close quarters. 
  • Must be able to work in a high stress environment. 
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be computer literate. 
  • Knowledge of HMS and Konami gaming system a plus.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS  

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. 

 

REASONING ABILITY  

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
