POSITION OVERVIEW
Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - Loyalty to support its Marketing and digital initiatives. This individual contributor will develop strategic efforts focused on our Fontainebleau Rewards program, with the goal of acquiring, engaging and retaining Fontainebleau Rewards members. In conjunction with the Executive Director, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, as well as the CRM team, the Digital Marketing Manager will build and oversee campaigns that drive program adoption, engage members through enticing promotions and offers, and increase lifetime value (LTV) amongst Rewards member audience segments. They will collaborate with Product Managers, IT, Business Intelligence and various other internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of campaign content across all digital touchpoints for a seamless customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- In partnership with the Executive Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, develop and implement e-commerce strategy, aligning it with business objectives to drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, understanding pricing, promotions, and conversion best practices
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive project timelines
- Work with Project Managers to guarantee Marketing is involved in all relevant projects
- Review project proposals to determine time frame, budget, and resource allocation
- Establish and implement project communication plans, ensuring stakeholder buy-in
- Build and maintain comprehensive measurement plans to evaluate digital marketing and e-commerce program performance against established benchmarks and KPIs
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, regularly tracking and reporting on key milestones
- Perform project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff
- Collaborate with Product Managers, IT, and other internal/external partners to maintain and enhance e-commerce platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability and security
- Recommend process improvements and serve as an escalation point for all issues and questions related to e-commerce project deliverables
- Manage external vendor relationships in relation to daily operational needs
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally focused on loyalty, subscription or e-commerce initiatives
- Proficiency with drafting campaign briefs, fact sheets and other marketing documents
- Experience with audience segmentation and developing unique messaging for different audiences
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle ownership of project development through delivery
- Ability to explain complex ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing
- Exhibition of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision making
- Inquisitive mindset, with the ability to proactively seek out insights and stories from large datasets
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, managing multiple projects at a time
- Experience in luxury hospitality preferred, but not required

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY
$70000 per year - $85000 per year
